The Headquarters of Consob (Commissione nazionale per le società e la borsa) are in Rome. Consob has an operational office in Milan, too.

    HOW TO REACH CONSOB IN ROME    

From Fiumicino Airport

Fiumicino Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" is the main airplane station in Rome. It is connected with the town centre by a direct train service (Leonardo Express – stops at Termini Station), by a regional train service (nearest stop to Consob - Tiburtina Station), by shuttle bus and by Taxi.

Leonardo Express and shuttle buses stop at Roma Termini Station. To get to Piazza Verdi, where Consob has its Headquarters, the preferable and fastest connection from Termini is surface bus line 360 (direction Muse); after 9 stops you will get off at the Bellini/Verdi stop. Consob is 200 meters away.

From Ciampino Airport

Ciampino Airport is 15 km far from the town centre. It is connected by shuttle bus or public transport combinations. There is no Ciampino-Town Centre direct railway line. Use a shuttle bus or reach the town centre of Rome with the nearest Subway (Metro-Line A). ATRAL company bus services connects Ciampino with the Anagnina Metro A Station, by which it is possible to continue to any area of the town. Taxi to the town centre may need - with little traffic - 30 minutes but at peak times even up to 60 minutes.

From the Roma Termini railway station

From Rome Termini Station to go to Piazza Verdi (Parioli district), where Consob has its Headquarters, the best connection is line 360 (direction Muse); after 9 stops you will get off at the Bellini/Verdi stop. Consob is 200 meters away.

From the Roma Tiburtina railway station

From Rome Tiburtina station, take the Subway (Metro-line B) towards Laurentina, then stop at Policlinico and take the number 3 surface bus/tram (towards Valle Giulia) or number 19 (towards Piazza Risorgimento/San Pietro) to the Liegi/Bellini stop and head towards Piazza Verdi (400 meters) from Via Cimarosa.

By Taxi

From all the Airports (Fiumicino, Ciampino) to the centre of Rome it is possible to use Taxi with predetermined/fixed rates. Check attentively the notices at the Taxi Station with updated information. Fixed prices are applicable only to authorized cars. Take only authorized Cabs. Average cost around € 50, but may vary.

With private cars

From the North, A1 motorway towards Rome, exit at Roma Nord, then enter the GRA (Grande raccordo anulare) towards Fiumicino and take the via Salaria towards the town centre.

From the South, A1 motorway towards Florence, exit at Roma Sud, then enter the GRA (Grande raccordo anulare) in the direction of Florence and take via Nomentana or Via Salaria towards the town centre.

    HOW TO REACH CONSOB IN MILAN    

From Malpensa Airport

The Malpensa Airport - near the city of Varese - is about 50 km from the centre of Milan. The most used way to reach the centre of Milan from the Airport is the Malpensa Express train, which connects the airport to the Cadorna FN Station or to the Milan Central Station. From both of them it is possible to reach Consob in via Broletto by Taxi, public surface transport or with: (a) from Cadorna the red Metro 1 (direction Sesto FS), Cordusio stop; (b) from the Central Station the yellow Metro 3 (direction San Donato) to the Duomo stop, then change to the red Metro 1 (direction Bisceglie/Rho Fiera), Cordusio stop. From the Cordusio stop, walk for approximately 200 meters to Via Broletto. Alternatively, you may use shuttle buses from the Airport to Milan Central Station, which is well connected by public transport located outside the Station.

A Malpensa-Milan Taxi costs about € 100.

From Linate airport (closed for works until the end of October 2019).

From Linate, you can reach the centre of Milan by Taxi (costs around € 20), or use public surface connections such as the number 73 bus (Duomo-M1/M3 airport), which takes about 20 minutes to reach its destination.

From the Milano Centrale railway station

Take the yellow Metro 3 (towards San Donato) to the Duomo stop, then get off and change to the red Metro 1 (towards Bisceglie/Rho Fiera) to the Cordusio stop. Consob in via Broletto is about 200 meters away.

From the Milan Cadorna train station

Take the red Metro 1 (towards Sesto FS) to the Cordusio stop. Consob in via Broletto is about 200 meters away.

By Taxi

From all the Airports it is possible to take a Taxi to Via Broletto. Average cost around 100 € from Malpensa. Lower cost - km/fares calculations are applicable - from Linate. Check for updates.

With private cars

To reach Consob, in via Broletto (town centre), it is better to leave your private car in one of the various car parkings in the City and proceed by public surface transportation or by Taxi.

REGISTRATION OF VISITORS

Upon their arrival at the reception all visitors will be asked for a valid ID document, such as a passport or national ID, to receive a visitor's pass for the day.

Please anticipate your arrival as much as possible, so that the reception can complete the registration procedures in time and there are no delays for the meeting or conference you wish to attend.

Please note that on arrival, random security checks can be carried out on visitors and their luggage.

In case of disability, special needs or special assistance, it is necessary to inform the organizer of the meeting well in advance, in order to be able to guarantee an easy visit to Consob.

The steps for visitors must be clearly visible in every moment spent inside the Consob building.

Remember to return the pass to the reception before leaving the building.
