BOLLETTINO (Bulletin) - The official fortnightly bulletin contains the regulatory measures and interpretations issued by the Commission in the reference period, unabridged or not, together with other information on Consob's regulatory activity and with documents issued by other authorities concerning Consob's
decisions. Nowadays it is published only on Consob's website. An English translation is not available.
NEWSLETTER "CONSOB INFORMA" ("Consob informs") - The weekly newsletter provides summary information about the most important measures adopted by the Commission and the latest developments in the securities markets, in order to keep readers informed about the Commission’s activity. An English translation is
published on Consob's website on the first working day of any week.
BROCHURE "CONSOB..." - The institutional brochure describes the purpose in founding Consob and their regulatory and supervisory powers in matter of financial products, issuers, intermediaries and markets. An English translation is available on Consob's website.
INVESTOR EDUCATION BROCHURES - These publications are meant to provide investors with some useful tools to have an insight on financial products and a guide in investment making decisions. They are available on Consob's website, in Italian only.
RELAZIONE ANNUALE (Annual Report) - The Annual Report describes the Commission's activity and the changes in the legal framework. It also contains the Chairman's speech on the occasion of the annual meeting with the financial community. An abridged English translation of the Report is posted on Consob's website.
PIANO STRATEGICO (Strategic Plan) - The Plan identifies strategic goals and priorities, taking into account risks coming from changes in the economic scenario and in regulatory frame-work that could impact on Consob's institutional objectives.
RESEARCH PAPERS - This section contains research papers carried out by Consob.
RISK OUTLOOK - The Risk Outlook, published in May and November, analyses trends in financial market and identifies risk factors to Consob's institutional objectives.
