Finansinspektionen, the Swedish supervisory authority, reports that Kawwii International Group, with declared headquarters in Tokyo, and Western Pacific Advisors inc (Westpac inc), with declared headquarters in Tokyo and Connecticut (USA), are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
