On 3 October 2019, ESMA published a consultation document concerning possible changes to the Regulation (EU) n. 569/2014 (MAR), whose deadline for sending comments will expire on November 29, 2019.

On 20 November 2019 at 3.00 pm, at the Auditorium Hall of Consob in Rome, Via C. Monteverdi n. 35, it will be held a meeting open to the public to which all interested parties may participate, such as, for example, representatives of trade associations, issuers of financial instruments traded on trading venues, investment firms, trading venue managers, asset managers, consultants and academics and in which the amendment proposals contained in the consultation document will be discussed.
