Investocopy Network Ltd - Lux Finance Ltd

The Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa [Consob] reports that:

• the company Investocopy Network Ltd (Cyprus) is not authorised to provide investment or other services in Italy in any way, including through the websites http://investocopy.com > and www.copytowin.com;
  
   
• the company Lux Finance Ltd, an investment firm incorporated under English law, as reported on the website of the British supervisory authority (Financial Conduct Authority - FCA), can no longer provide the investment services for which it was authorised by the FCA and, with effect from 19 October 2015, the application to renounce the authorisation to provide investment services presented by the said Lux Finance Ltd was accepted by the said authority. The company was registered on the list, held by Consob, of European Union investment companies authorised to operate in Italy without establishing a branch.
