The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has forbidden, pursuant to art. 101, paragraph 4, letter c) of the Consolidated Law on Finance (CLF), advertising activities including that on the Facebook page "Adv Management – La tua Rendita Semplice", relating to the public offering of shares in Innovative Investment Holding Ltd (resolution no. 19707 of 05 August 2016).

The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange [Consob] reports that:

- the company BPJ Services is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way and, therefore, not even through the website www.attractivetrade.com >;

- Lorenzo Cesarei, born in Rome on 20 February 1976, to whom the www.investireinazioni.com and www.segnaliditrading.com websites are associated, is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way.
