Pursuant to art. 7-octies, letter b) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance - TUF) the, National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has also ordered the following companies to cease infringement of art. 18 of the TUF:

• Codexfx Ltd through the website codexfx.com, (Resolution no. 20942 of May 22, 2019);
• Goldman 24 Limited through the website www.gmfx24.com, (Resolution no. 20940 of May 22, 2019);
• TradeGL Limited through the website www.tradegl.com, (Resolution no. 20941 of May 22, 2019).
