Pursuant to art. 7-octies, paragraph 1, letter b) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance - TUF) the, National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has also ordered the following companies to cease infringement of art. 18 of the TUF:

• Uab Elorona and Uab Rolneta via the website www.allglobalmarkets.com (Resolution n. 21012 of July 23, 2019);
• Sigma4Trade Ltd via the website www.sigmafortrade.com (Resolution no. 21011 of July 23, 2019);
• Zurix Corporation Ltd via the website https://marketsxchange.com (Resolution no. 21010 of July 23, 2019);
• Brown Fox Limited via the website https://swisscfd.com(Resolution no. 21009 of July 23, 2019).
