Notice regarding joint Guidelines on supervisory cooperation and exchange of information between the European Supervisory Authorities and competent Authorities pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA)

Consob has notified Esma, the European Securities and Markets Authority, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010, of its compliance with the Joint Guidelines on supervisory cooperation and information sharing between the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) and the competent authorities pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA) (JC/GL/2024/36).

The Guidelines, addressed to the Competent Authorities for the supervision of the entities identified in Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA), provide guidance on the cooperation between the ESAs and the Competent Authorities concerning the procedures and conditions for the allocation and execution of tasks between the Competent Authorities and the ESAs and the information exchanges necessary to ensure the follow-up of recommendations addressed to critical third party providers of ICT services within the Critical Third Party Provider (CTPP) oversight framework established by the DORA Regulation.
