Redefinition of the payment terms for supervisory fees for the year 2023 pursuant to resolution no. 22554 of 22 December 2022

[THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR COMPANIES AND THE STOCK EXCHANGE]

HAVING REGARD TO Law no. 216 of 7 June 1974, as amended and supplemented;

HAVING REGARD TO Art. 40 of Law no. 724 of 23 December 1994 as amended and supplemented, which sets out, among other things, that in order to finance itself Consob shall determine each year the fees payable by the parties it supervises;

HAVING REGARD TO Consob resolution no. 22554 of 22 December 2022, which pursuant to the aforementioned Art. 40 determines the parties required to contribute for the year 2023, the fee amount and the methods and terms of payment for the same year, made effective by decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 6 March 2023;

WHEREAS the terms of payment of the contributions are, in some cases, prior to the date of execution of the resolution and, in any case, are not suitable to ensure that the supervised entities to have the necessary time to fulfil the payments;

CONSIDERING it necessary to redefine the deadlines for the payment of contributions due by the legal entities indicated in Consob resolution no. 22554/2022;

RESOLVES:

Article 1

1. The deadline of 28 February 2023 is deferred to 31 March 2023.

2. The deadline of 15 March 2023 is deferred to 15 April 2023.

3. The deadline of 15 April 2023 is deferred to 15 May 2023.

Article 2

1. This measure will be published in the Consob Bulletin.
