Consob has launched a consultation with the financial market on the proposed changes to be made to Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999 regarding issuers ("Issuers Regulations") for the definition of new access procedures to documents containing the key information (Key Investor Information Document – Kid) of the so-called PRIIPs, Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products, pursuant to Article no. 4-sexies, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree 58/98 (Consolidated Law on Finance - TUF) and Article 8, paragraph 1, of the Legislative Decree no. 165/2019 and for the consequent adoption of new operating instructions.
