In relation to press reports published in today's press, referred to alleged "internal doubts" at Consob about the appointment of Dr Gabriella Alemanno to the position of Consob Commissioner and to an alleged "Consob's spotlight" regarding the appointment of Professor Roberto Cingolani to the position of CEO of Leonardo Spa, it should be noted that such reconstructions are unfounded.
