The first meeting of the forum between the President and other members of the Securities and Financial Ombudsman (ACF) and the Presidents who are members of the Coordination Board of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) was held today.

Through the ACF/ABF forum, the Memorandum of Understanding (signed on 19 March 2020) on alternative dispute resolution is implemented, to prevent the onset of conflicts of interpretation or uncertainties in the delimitation of mutual competences, while respecting decision-making autonomy of the respective bodies.

The meeting of today was dedicated to issues concerning the dispute about securities deposits under administration.
