PRESS RELEASE
The Annual Meeting of Consob will be held on Friday 9th June 2023 H. 11:00 AM in Palazzo Mezzanotte, the historic headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange, in Piazza Affari, Milan.
Due to the coincidence with the Annual Meeting of Iosco (International Organization of Securities Commissions) the event was brought forward by a few days compared to the date of 13th June next, announced on 2nd February.
Therefore, this Save the Date cancels and replaces the one released on 02/02/2023.
