Capital markets in Italy - Presentation of the Consob Report

On 9 September, from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm, the Consob Report 'Capital markets in Italy – Mid-year update 2026' will be presented.

The Report, available on the Consob website, provides an analysis of the key trends that characterised the Italian capital markets in the first half of 2026, with a particular focus on the macroeconomic and financial landscape, the private equity and private credit markets, the performance of the equity markets and the latest developments in the primary market.

Speakers will include Nadia Linciano, Consob Secretary-General, and Luca Filippa, Consob Director-General.

The report will be presented by the Research and Regulation Division – Research Office.

Discussants: Claudia Guagliano, Head of the Consumer Analysis Unit at Esma, and Giorgio Di Giorgio, Full Professor of Monetary Theory and Policy at Luiss.
