Consob has also suspended the offer to the public resident in Italy of investments of a financial nature made by "AirBit Club" and through the websites https://airbitclub.com and www.bitbackoffice.com pursuant to Article 99, paragraph 1 d), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (Resolution no. 21416 of 22 June 2020).
