Pursuant to the Article no. 7-octies, paragraph 1, letter a), of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), Consob makes public the circumstance that the "< Binance > Group" and the Companies that make it up are not authorized to provide investment services and activities in Italy, not even through the website www.< binance >.com whose sections named "derivatives" and "Stock Token", relating to instruments related to crypto-assets were previously also written in Italian.
