Consob has ordered the blackout of 9 new websites that abusively offer financial services/financial products: 8 abusive financial intermediation sites and 1 site through which financial products are offered without a prospectus.

The Authority availed itself of the powers deriving from the "growth decree" (Law no. 58 of 28 June 2019, article 36, paragraph 2-terdecies) regarding the blackout of the sites of abusive financial intermediaries, as well as the power introduced by Law no. 8 of 28 February 2020 (article 4, paragraph 3-bis), regarding the blackout of the site through which the abusive offer is made.

Below are the sites Consob has ordered to be blacked out:

• Evergo Ltd (website www.4x-trade.net and page https://client.tradingcabinet.com);
• "Profit Market" (website https://profitmk.com and its pagehttps://user.profitmk.com);
• "Trading Room Star" (website https://my.tradingroom26.com and pages https://my.tradingroomstar.com and https://trade.tradingroomstar.com);
• Agrico Holdings Limited (website https://investagricol.com);
• Uncanny Services Llc (website https://5markets.co and its pagehttps://webtrader.5markets.cc);
• Fast Invest Group OU (website www.fastinvest.com);
• "Yosemite" (websites www.scesi.com andhttps://yosemite-ep.com);
• Future Assets Ltd (website https://futureassets.biz).

The number of sites blacked out since July last, when Consob got the power to order that the websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries be blacked out, has thus risen to 683.

The measures adopted by Consob can be consulted on the website www.consob.it.

The black-out of these websites by internet service providers operating on Italian territory is ongoing. For technical reasons, it can take several days for the black-out to come into effect.

Consob draws the attention of savers to the importance of using the utmost diligence in order to make informed investment choices, adopting common sense behaviours, essential to safeguard one's savings: these include, for websites that offer financial services, checking in advance that the operator with whom you are investing is authorised, and, for offers of financial products, that a prospectus has been published.

To this end, Consob would remind that on the website www.consob.it there is a section on the homepage “Watch for scams!”, providing useful information to warn investors against financially abusive initiatives.

Consob has also suspended for a period of 90 days, pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 ("Consolidated Law on Finance"), the offer to the public resident in Italy of financial investments promoted by Future Assets Ltd through the website https://futureassets.biz, in violation of articles 93-bis and following of the Consolidated Law on Finance (resolution no. 22301 of 21 April 2022).

Consob has ordered the same subjects to cease the violation of Article 18 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998, pursuant to article 7-octies, letter b) of the same legislative decree:

- Profit Market through the website https://profitmk.com and its page https://user.profitmk.com (resolution no. 22305 of 21 April 2022);

- Trading Room Star through the website https://my.tradingroom26.com and pages https://my.tradingroomstar.com and https://trade.tradingroomstar.com (resolution no. 22304 of 21 April 2022);

- Agrico Holdings Limited through the website https://investagricol.com (resolution no. 22308 of 21 April 2022);

- Uncanny Services Llc through the website https://5markets.co and its page https://webtrader.5markets.cc (resolution no. 22307 of 21 April 2022);

- Fast Invest Group OU through the website www.fastinvest.com (resolution no. 22303 of 21 April 2022);

- Yosemite through the websites www.scesi.com and https://yosemite-ep.com (resolution no. 22302 of 21 April 2022).
