Operational instructions - CONSOB AND ITS ACTIVITIES
The application for approval of prospectuses relating to units or shares of closed-ended AIFs must be transmitted in electronic format to Consob by PEC (certified email) at the address consob@pec.consob.it.
The application for approval of prospectuses/supplements relating to equity and non-equity securities (debt securities) must be transmitted in electronic format to Consob through the SIPROEM system, whose access requires credentials
Once the communication of the approval of the prospectus has been received and the document has been completed with the approval details, the document must be filed through the DEPROEM system. At the conclusion of the offer, the results of the offer must be transmitted to Consob through the DEPROEM system.
