Article 40, paragraph 3, of Law 23 December 1994, n. 724 provides that Consob annually determines the amount of the fees due by the entities supervised.

The amounts of the fees are published annually in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic (Gazzetta Ufficiale) and on the Consob website.
