DISCLOSURE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Pursuant to European and national legislation regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you that any personal data supplied by participating in the public consultation will be used by CONSOB, the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (Data Controller), in the ways and within the limits necessary to adopt the acts within its competence pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 58/1998 and Law 262/2005 and related implementing provisions on the subject, with the use of computerised procedures.

These data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out institutional activities.

Comments will be published on the CONSOB website accompanied by an indication of the name and surname of the author, unless expressly requested not to disclose them.

Personal data may be disclosed to the Managers of the Organisational Units involved in the regulatory activity to which the consultation refers, as well as to the staff of the Offices authorised for processing.

Interested parties may exercise their right to access personal data and other rights recognised by law, including the right to obtain the rectification or integration of data, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of those processed in violation of the law as well as the right to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
