This section contains some Consob Resolutions translated into English.

The official fortnightly bulletin, available only in italian version, contains the regulatory measures and interpretations issued by the Commission in the reference period, unabridged or not, together with other information on Consob's regulatory activity and with documents issued by other authorities concerning Consob's decisions. Nowadays it is published only on Consob's website.

In order to protect the right to privacy, which is recognized by Law, while ensuring the timely knowledge of unlawfulness of the conduct put in place by market operators, Consob sanction resolutions are detectable by external web search engines for the duration of three years. After this period, the resolution are detectable only through the Consob website.
