Subjects that apply for the approval of a prospectus/base prospectus or listing prospectus concerning non-equity securities pursuant to Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 1129/2017, of the registration document only (that may be universal) or of a supplement during 2024 are required to pay a fixed fee, as indicated below, when they submit their application for approval and to pay a surcharge at the time of conclusion of the offer/publication of the final conditions.
Subjects that submit an application for the approval of a prospectus/base prospectus/listing prospectus concerning non-equity securities in the period between 2 January 2024 and 31 December 2024
