Consob, as competent authority pursuant to Article no. 79-duodecies, paragraph 3, of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), complies with the "Guidelines on standardized procedures and messaging protocols pursuant to Article no. 6, paragraph 2, of Regulation (EU) no. 909/2014 " issued by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), integrating them into its supervisory practice.

The Guidelines, published on the ESMA website in all the official languages of the Union on last 6 April, provide information on communications between investment firms and their professional clients aimed at facilitating the timely settlement of transactions.

ESMA was informed of this compliance pursuant to Regulation (EU) no. 1095/2010.
