It is made public that Mr. Marco Astorri, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer as well as the controlling entity of Bio On S.p.A. - whose securities at the time of the events were traded in the AIM segment of the Italian Stock Exchange - in violation of Article No 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, failed to notify Consob and the same Bio On S.p.A. the sales operations of no. 8750 shares issued by the same, for an equivalent value of 91.175 Euros, carried out on 22 October 2019.
