FAIRCHILD FINANCIAL GROUP INC. - FULLERTON FINANCIAL CORPORATION - INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL TRUST COMPANY INC.

The Central Bank of Ireland (Securities and Exchanges Supervision) has issued a warning that three intermediaries are currently offering investment services in Ireland without due authorization. The companies are Fairchild Financial Group Inc., with registered office in New York, Fullerton Financial Corporation, registered in Antigua, and International Capital Trust Company Inc. with registered office in London. The Irish regulatory authority specified in its notice that to the best of its knowledge International Capital Trust Company had not been authorized to supply financial services in any other member state of the European Union (in Consob Informa n. 43/99 - 8 November 1999).
