Cambridge International s.r.l. - International Investments Holding Company (IIHC) s.r.l.

The Belgian Commission Bancaire et Financière has issued a warning that Cambridge International s.r.l. , with head office in Milan, has been providing investment services in Belgium. In this connection it should be noted that neither Cambridge International s.r.l. nor International Investments Holding Company (IIHC) s.r.l. have been authorized to provide investment services by the competent Italian regulatory authorities, so that the provision of such services abroad by these companies is to be considered a violation of Legislative Decree 58/1998.
