The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a warning that Clover International Advisors, with registered office in the United States, International Consortium Growth Holdings, with offices in the Bahamas and the United States, Lloyds and Associates Ltd., with registered office in Spain, Millennium Financial Limited, with offices in Uruguay, Brazil, Switzerland, Singapore and Mexico, are providing investment services without the required authorization.
