Carnegie Advisors Ltd.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has issued a warning that Carnegie Advisors Ltd., with registered office in Japan, is providing investment services without the required authorization.

It was further warned that Carnegie Advisors Ltd. has no connection with the Carnegie Group consisting of a Swedish holding company, D. Carnegie & Co AB, which owns various companies including Carnegie Asset Management Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S and Carnegie Bank A/S, with registered offices in Denmark.
