The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has warned that:

• Harrington Advisory Services sl, with registered office in Barcelona, is providing investment services without the required authorization and that Alexander Giles Martìn and Richard Sinclair Pope are linked to the company. Moreover, the company in question may or may have operated in Spain under the name of Millenium Business Services sl;
• The Pension and Investment Shop sl, with registered office in Nueva Andalucìa (Marbella), is providing investment services without the required authorization and that Mark David Nicholson is linked to the company;
• Recoletos Servicios de Asesorìa sl, with registered office in Madrid, is providing investment services without the required authorization and that Francisco Javier Arsuaga Sentis and José Antonio Sainz Casla are linked to the company.
