Europaish Buro Consultant SL

The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CMNV) has issued a warning that Europaish Buro Consultant SL , with registered office in Palma, Majorca, is providing investment services without the required authorization. It also warned that Europaish Buro Consultant may be operating under other names in Spain (United Royale Immobilien Verwaltung SL, Cerxnet Europe SL, Europe Business Center SL) and that it may have offered or be offering securities of Cerxnet Inc, Globalnet Equities Inc. and Globalnet Energy Corp without the required authorization.
