Photonics Corporation

Consob, acting on the basis of Article 102.3b) of Legislative Decree 58/1998, has annulled the operation consisting in the public offer for the exchange of shares of Attika Group Plc for shares of the American company Photonics Corporation, promoted by Mr. Rocco Castrignano under the name Argo Trust Ltd. (Resolution 14556 of 18 May 2004). It had previously suspended the offer for ninety days as a preventive measure (see Consob Informs 9/2004).
