Drake Merger Management

The Central Bank of Ireland, the Irish supervisory authority, reports that the company Drake Merger Management, with headquarters in Japan, is offering investment services without the required authorisation.

The company has already been reported by the Swedish supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 35/2012).
