The Authorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the French supervisory authority, reports that Fairvesta International Gmbh, with declared headquarters in France, through the website www.fairvesta.com, is offering investment services without the required authorisation. The company has already been reported by the AMF (see "Consob Informs" No. 33/2011).
