The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), the Belgian supervisory authority, reports that the companies Rwanda Cash Vzw/Asbl, with declared headquarters in Brussels, and Cartius Finance, which has no connection with the authorized company Cartius Finances Sprl/Bvba (FSMA authorisation No. 109220), are offering investment services without authorisation.
