Saad Group Malta

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) reports that the company Saad Group Malta (http://sb.saadgroupmt.net), known also as Saad Bank Europe Limited and Saad Group Bank of Malta, which has no connection with the bank Saad Group Bank Europe Limited authorised by the MFSA and subsequently suspended permanently in 2009, is offering investment and banking services without authorisation.
