In accordance with Art. 99, subsection 1, letter d) of the Consolidated Law on Finance, Consob has also prohibited the public offering of the investment programme named Bestforivest carried out without the required authorisations by means of the website www.bestforinvest.org in breach of Articles 94 et seq. of the Consob (Resolution no. 18586 of 20 June 2013).

This offering had already been suspended for ninety days by Resolution no. 18511 (see "Consob Informs" no. 13/2013).
