It is hereby made known that Dr. Riccardo Di Pasquale, in his capacity as CEO of Fenix Entertainment S.p.A. - a company whose shares are traded on the Euronext Growth Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange - in violation of Article No. 19, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, failed to notify Consob and Fenix Entertainment S.p.A. itself, for the purpose of subsequent disclosure to the public, transactions involving the purchase and sale of shares issued by it, arranged during 29 trading days within the period between 1 June 2022 and 16 March 2023.
