Resolution n. 17297/2010: repeal of the obligations for vigilated parties to communicate to Consob both data and information related to sanctions to financial advisors enabled to off-site offer

The Commission, with its resolution no. 20841 of 7 March 2019 repealed the resolution no. 17297 of 28 April 2010 in the section relating to the obligations of disclosure set out in Annex II.9 (sanctions against financial advisors authorized to off-site offer).

Following the resolution no. 20704 of 15 November 2018, in fact, the powers of supervision, as well as of sanctioning, on financial advisors authorized to off-site offer – powers carried out by Consob until 30 November 2018 - were transferred to the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell'albo dei consulenti finanziari (OCF) - i.e. the board of supervision and preservation of the Register of financial advisers - from 1 December 2018.
