Kyodo Securities - Spring Finance

Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority reports that the company Kyodo Securities (www.kyodosecurities.com), with declared headquarters in Tokyo and Spring Finance are respectively offering investment and financial services without the required authorisation.
