Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that the companies Moretti Associates (www.moretti-associates.com), Lantau International (www.lantau-international.con), with declared headquarters in Hong Kong, and Excelsus Business Services (www.excelsusbusinessservices.com), with declared headquarters in Hong Kong and Singapore, are offering investment services without the required authorisation.

The company Moretti Associates has already been reported by the Danish authority (see “Consob Informs” no. 12/2011).
