Guardian International

Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that the company Guardian International (www.guardian-inter.com) with declared headquarters in New York, on the British Virgin Islands and in Toronto (Canada), is offering investment services without the required authorisation.

Guardian International has already been reported by the Swedish authority (see "Consob Informs" no. 6 of 2011).
