Futuro Financial - Tortola Capital

The Central Bank of Ireland, the Irish supervisory authority, reports that Futuro Financial, with declared headquarters in Japan, and Tortola Capital, with declared headquarters in Uruguay, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Hong Kong and Belgium, are offering investment services without the required authorisation.

Tortola Capital has already been reported by the Belgian, Dutch and Austrian supervisory authorities (see "Consob Informs" Nos. 25, 37 and 45 of 2010).
