The Financial Services Authority (FSA), the British supervisory authority, reports that the companies Belgrave Capital Management Ltd (Bel) (www.belcapital.com), with declared headquarters in London, which has no connection with the authorized company Belgrave Capital Management Limited (www.belgrave.com), and Peak Power Direct (www.peakpowerdirect.com), with declared headquarters in Shanghai, are not authorised to offer investment services in the United Kingdom.
