Manor Financial Management (www.manorgold.com; www.manorhj.hk), with declared headquarters in West Yorkshire (UK);

Allendale Financial Services Limited 1959 (www. allen-dale-ltd-1959.co.uk), with declared headquarters in London, which has no connection with the authorised companies Allendale Financial Services Ltd (FSA authorisation No. 536429), Allendale Financial Services (FSA authorisation No. 220768) and Allendale Financial Services Ltd 1959 (FSA authorisation No. 176358);

are not authorised to offer investment services in the United Kingdom.
