FOREXIA AG THE FOREX COMPANY - ATLAS INTERNATIONAL GMBH

The Stichting Toezicht Effectenverkeer, the Dutch regulatory authority, has issued two warnings about unauthorized offers of investment services concerning respectively Forexia AG The Forex Company, with registered office in Switzerland, and Atlas International GmbH, with registered office in Germany. In its notice the STE recalled that German intermediaries can use the so-called European passport where they have been authorized in their home country and the competent German authority has notified its counterpart in the host country. In the case of Atlas International neither of these conditions was satisfied (in Consob Informa n. 42/99 - 2 November 1999).
