The Commission Bancaire et Financière of Belgium has issued a warning that Pacific Federal SA, with registered office in Belgium, and General Commerce Bank AG, with registered office in Austria, are providing investment services without the required authorization.(In Consob Informa n. 43/2001 - 5 November 2001).
