Franklin Management, Morgan Paris & Company, Currency Associates

The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a warning that Franklin Management, located in Switzerland, Morgan Paris & Company, located in Spain, Cogan Davis International, located in the Cayman Islands, and Currency Associates, located in the United States, are providing investment services without the required authorization.
