The Central Bank of Ireland (Securities and Exchanges Supervision) has issued a warning that two companies Millennium Financial Ltd., with registered office in Uruguay, and Transaction-National Securities & Trust S.A., with registered office in Switzerland ? are marketing financial products without the required authorization (in Consob Informa n. 15/2000 - 10 April 2000).
