Kennedy Investments Ltd - People Dynamics Holdings

The Belgian Commission Bancaire et Financière has issued a warning that Kennedy Investments Ltd., with registered office in Guatemala, is providing investment services without the required authorization. According to the Belgian regulatory authority, Kennedy Investments is offering shares of People Dynamics Holdings (PDHI), which is listed on Nasdaq, without the required prospectus.
